Hey guys i hope you all doing well!!Its too late though but...I'm wishing you 2012 to be a year of peace, hapinees and joy!!!!
well...I was going through my make up case and i realized i have 4 MAC foundations and I had to share with you my thoughts about them....
LETS START...
STUDIO SCULPT FOUNDATION SPF15
Well....
this is a gel based hydrating foundation with medium coverage it comes in a clear squeeze tube which is great!
Since its a hydrating formula its not suggested to oily skins,I have dry skin and sometimes my face becomes oily!!!
I found this product takes quite a bit of effort to blend and i have tried everything....brushes,sponge and fingers....!!!
I think it cant be placed on your face without a primer cause it tends to set in pores....and the bad news dont stop here.....it causes acne and i think when you use powder on top it becomes tacky!!
OVERALL: I HATE it!!never buy it again even its the last foundation on earth!!
STUDIO FIX FLUID SPF15
A medium to full coverage liquid foundation with a natural matte finish.
I dont really like the packaging because you can't control how much product you need...but you can buy a pump and solve this problem.
I believe this foundation is suitable for normal and slightly oily skin...i have dry skin and i use Fix+ make it more moisturizing.
It doesnt feel heavy at all...and the best way to apply it...wet sponge!!!
OVERALL: I love love love this foundation it has everything I need!!Best foundation ever!
MINERALIZE SATINFINISH SPF15
This foundation has a satin finish, light to medium coverage. It blends beautifuly, can be applied with brushes, sponge and fingers.
It has a pump which is actually great....but.....this foundation when applied indoors looks fantastic but out in the sun you look like a disco ball and sometimes it becomes greasy!!!
OVERALL: I wont buy it again and I'm definately use it only at night, its a pity though cause it could be the best foundation MAC has made!
STUDIO FIX POWDER+FOUNDATION
It is a full coverage foundation that comes in a compact in powder form,it can be easily applied with puffs and brushes I found that the best way to apply it is a #187 duo fibre brush. Its quite blendable
Since its in powder form its not suggested for dry skin,if you find it very drying use your Fix+ it will do the trick for ya!
OVERALL:If you are always in a rush and looking for a quick/convenient way to look on-point, try this!
